20Tix is a comprehensive ticketing platform designed specifically for the Gambian entertainment market. Before 20Tix, event organizers in The Gambia struggled with widespread ticket fraud, physical ticket printing costs, and inefficient door management. We built 20Tix from the ground up to solve these specific local challenges. The platform enables event organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets for concerts, shows, and entertainment events while providing attendees with a seamless mobile-first ticket purchasing experience. By integrating local mobile money providers and implementing a unique offline-capable QR validation system, 20Tix has revolutionized how the local entertainment industry operates, dramatically reducing fraud and increasing revenue visibility for promoters.
