Privacy Policy

We collect data in two ways: automatically through analytics tools, and directly when you fill out a form.

Automatically collected data (analytics):

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referring website or traffic source
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Approximate geographic location (country / city level)
• Interactions such as clicks, scroll depth, and button presses
• Session recordings (mouse movement, clicks) via PostHog where consent has been given

Data you provide directly (contact and quote forms):

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Message or project description
• Company name and budget (quote form only)

We do not collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data.

We use two third-party analytics platforms to understand how visitors use our site:

Both tools are loaded only after you grant consent via the cookie banner. If you decline, neither PostHog nor GA4 will collect any data during your visit.

When you submit a contact or quote request form, we store your submission in our database (Convex) and send a confirmation email via Resend. Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide a project quote.

We do not sell, rent, or share contact form submissions with third parties for marketing purposes. Submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the business relationship, after which they are deleted upon request.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We use cookies for the following purposes:

Analytics cookies are only set after you accept via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies, which will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.

In addition to the processors listed above, we use the following services which may process data on our behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery (United States / global CDN)
• Unsplash — stock photography served from Unsplash CDN

We do not sell your personal data to any third party, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — You may request that we delete your personal data. We will comply within 30 days unless we are required to retain it by law.
• Opt out of analytics — You can decline or revoke analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser local storage (the key is cookie-consent). The banner will reappear and you can choose “Decline”.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@integify.io with the subject line Data Request. We will respond within 48 hours.

To request deletion of your personal data (contact form submissions, email correspondence, or analytics identifiers), send an email to info@integify.io with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address you used when contacting us
• A description of the data you want deleted

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 48 hours. Note that anonymised, aggregated analytics data cannot be attributed to individuals and is not subject to deletion.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
