What we built.
Nata's is a Gambian shop owner who sells her own products. Until now, buying meant coming to her shop in person, with every order handled manually. We built her an online store so customers can browse her products, order, and get them delivered to their door. The result is a faster, simpler way to shop that opens Nata's to customers across The Gambia without the trip, while she keeps full control of her catalog and orders from one place.

- Replacing a fully manual, in-person buying process with online ordering
- Building customer trust in buying online in a market still used to visiting the shop
- Integrating local mobile money (Wave, Afrimoney) as the primary payment method
- Designing a mobile-first experience that works reliably on low-bandwidth connections
- Managing product listings, orders, and deliveries within The Gambia's logistics landscape

- Built an online storefront where customers browse Nata's products and order for delivery
- Designed a clean, intuitive shopping flow with clear product categories and trust signals
- Built seamless integrations with Wave and Afrimoney for frictionless local payments
- Gave Nata a simple dashboard to manage her own catalog and incoming orders
- Optimized the store as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for fast loading on 3G networks
- Implemented order tracking adapted to local delivery workflows
